In Brazil, “swallowing a frog” means accepting injustices without complaining. Inspired by this, we created the Women to Watch 2024 campaign, which has become a movement for gender equality in the workplace. We observed that, in nature, the most colorful frogs are the most toxic, and from this, we developed a visual system to tell real stories of women overcoming challenges in the corporate world. The campaign generated engagement, with women sharing their experiences on social media and at the live event. Women to Watch, led by Meio & Mensagem, has already recognized more than 150 female leaders since 2013, strengthening its role in valuing women in Brazil.
